At Best At Training Studio ("BAT"), your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect, and share your personal information when you interact with our services both online and in-person.

• Sign up through a Meta or website form
• Contact us via email, phone, or in-person
• Participate in trials, classes, assessments, or promotions

• Schedule sessions or consultations
• Send reminders, updates, or fitness content
• Respond to inquiries or provide customer service
• Share relevant offers, promotions, or event announcements
• Deliver personalized coaching and support

We do not send spam. You can opt out of communications at any time.

3. How We Store and Protect Your Data

We store your data securely using trusted platforms including Webflow (website hosting), Vagaro, and Meta.

• Data is protected by password-restricted access
• We use encrypted storage where applicable
• Only authorized staff have access to sensitive client information

4. Sharing With Third Parties

We do not sell or rent your information. We may share limited personal data with third-party service providers only when necessary to:

• Book or manage appointments (e.g., Vagaro)
• Process payments (e.g., Stripe)
• Measure and improve our marketing and site experience (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta)

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.

5. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising (Google Analytics 4)

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site and to improve our services. When enabled, we also use Google signals, which activates Google’s Advertising Features such as remarketing and aggregated demographics & interests reporting. Google signals may associate your visit information with Google information for signed-in users who have turned on Ads Personalization.

Legal basis & consent. In regions where consent is required (e.g., EEA/UK/CA/US state laws), we only load advertising/analytics cookies and collect signals data after you give consent in our cookie banner or settings. You can change your preferences at any time.

Opt-outs you can use. You can manage or opt out of Ads Personalization in Google via My Ad Center and My Activity, or install the Google Analytics Opt‑out Browser Add‑on.

6. User‑Provided Data for Measurement (Hashed)

Where permitted and with your consent, we may send hashed customer data (e.g., email or phone) to Google Analytics to improve conversion measurement and audience capabilities. Hashing is a one‑way, privacy‑preserving process (e.g., SHA‑256) applied before transmission. We only send this data when you provide it (such as in a form) and when you have consented to its use for analytics/ads.

Sensitive categories. We do not use Google’s advertising features for sensitive categories (e.g., healthcare diagnoses, financial status, adult content, or child‑directed services). BAT Studio provides general fitness and performance coaching.

7. Your Choices

• Cookie Preferences: Use our cookie banner/manager to enable or disable Analytics and Advertising cookies.
• Google Controls: Manage Ads Personalization at My Ad Center and review/delete activity at My Activity.
• “Do Not Sell or Share” (where applicable): You may contact us to exercise your rights or use your browser’s global privacy controls. We honor applicable opt‑out requests under relevant laws.

8. How to Access, Modify, or Delete Your Information
